  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas
  2. Add tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, cumin, and salt to food processor
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Add half cup chicpeas and blend until smooth
  5. Add remaining chickpeas and blend until smooth
  6. Add ice or cold water until desired consistency
  7. Serve in wide container, drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle sumac
