Hummus Recipe
Simple but Good

Ingredients
- Canned chickpeas, 1 can/15oz/425g
- Tahini, 1/3 cup
- Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
- Lemon, 1
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Cumin, 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt, 3/4 teaspoon
- Ice or cold water
- Sumac
Steps
- Drain and rinse chickpeas
- Add tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, cumin, and salt to food processor
- Blend until smooth
- Add half cup chicpeas and blend until smooth
- Add remaining chickpeas and blend until smooth
- Add ice or cold water until desired consistency
- Serve in wide container, drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle sumac
